Privacy policy

Last updated 21 October 2026. Seovixs (“we”) runs seovixs.com. This page explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to reach us about it.

What we collect when you contact us

When you ask for a quote, an audit, a growth diagnostic or a callback, we collect what you type in the form: your name, email, phone number (if you give one), website, budget range and message. We also note where the request came from: the page you sent it from, the page you first landed on, the website or campaign link that brought you (for example a Google search or a LinkedIn post), and your approximate country and city, worked out from your connection. Each request gets a reference number, and requests from the same business are kept together in one client record so we can follow up properly.

We use these details to reply to you, to prepare and carry out the work you ask for, and to understand which of our pages and channels bring enquiries. We don't sell or share them for advertising. We keep them while we are in touch with you and for as long as we need them for the work, our records and the law, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Cookies and visitor insights

When you first visit, we ask you to choose between “Accept all” and “Essential only”. Essential storage keeps the site working (for example remembering your cookie choice) and is never used for marketing. Whatever you choose, we count page views anonymously: each view adds one to a daily total for that page, with only your country and device type. No cookie, visitor number or IP address is stored for this, so it cannot identify you.

If you choose “Accept all”, we also do two things. First, Google Analytics counts visits (see below). Second, we keep visitor insights: a random visitor number stored in your browser, the pages you view on seovixs.com and when, the site or campaign link that brought you, your device type, your approximate country, region and city, and your IP address. This does not tell us who you are. It only becomes linked to you if you later send us a form or subscribe, so that we can see which pages you read before contacting us and follow up on what matters to you. We clear stored IP addresses after 90 days, delete page history after 13 months, and never sell or share this data.

You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie choices” link at the bottom of every page. If you switch to “Essential only”, we delete the visitor insights recorded for your browser and stop recording.

Email updates

We only send you marketing emails if you tick the “email updates” box on a form or sign up at the bottom of a page. The box is never ticked for you. We keep a record of the exact words you agreed to, when and from which IP address. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also reply “unsubscribe” to any of our emails. Once you unsubscribe we stop at once, but we keep your address on a suppression list so you are not added again by mistake.

Who handles it

We store requests with Supabase, send email with Resend, take payments with Razorpay and PayPal and, if you book a time, schedule calls with Cal.com. These providers process your data for us. We never see or store your card or UPI details; Razorpay handles them.

The free AI scan

When you run the free scan, our server fetches the public page you entered, plus its robots.txt and sitemap reference, once, to run the checks. We don't store the address or the results unless you ask for them by email (see below), and we never need an email to run the scan. Your IP address is used briefly to limit abuse. The scan only reads pages that are already public.

Emailing you a scan result

After a scan you can choose "Email me this". If you do, we keep your email address, the address that was scanned, the score and a short summary of the problems, so we can send the result and reply to you. We use them only for that and to answer questions about your site. We don't add you to a mailing list unless you also tick the email updates box. Ask us at boostmarketing@seovixs.com and we will delete them.

The free store scan and the Store Report

The free store scan works like the AI scan above: it reads your store's public pages once, shows you the result and does not store it. If you buy a Store Report, we keep your email address, your store address, the currency you chose and the finished report, so we can deliver it, let you open your private report link again and support you. We keep them until you ask us to delete them. Your report link is secret: anyone who has the link can read the report, so treat it like a password. Payment is handled by Razorpay on its own page. We receive confirmation that you paid, never your card or UPI details. We use your country and city, taken from your connection, to suggest a currency and to note where the order came from.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It records pages viewed and approximate location and device type, with IP addresses anonymised. We use this only to improve the site. We do not use advertising cookies.

If you visit from the UK, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, analytics cookies are only set after you choose “Accept all”. Elsewhere, Google Analytics counts visits unless you choose “Essential only”. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie choices” link at the bottom of every page.

Why we are allowed to use your data

We use the details you send in a form to answer your request and to take steps you ask for before a contract. We use visitor insights, analytics cookies and email updates only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We keep payment and invoice records because the law requires it.

Your rights, wherever you are

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to stop using it for marketing, or to send you a copy. We answer within one month. This applies to everyone, and it covers your rights under the UK GDPR and the Data (Use and Access) Act, the EU GDPR, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, Australia's Privacy Act and Spam Act, and US state privacy laws such as California's. We do not sell or “share” personal data for cross-context advertising, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.

If you are unhappy with how we handled your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to your local regulator, such as the ICO in the UK, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, the Data Protection Board of India or your US state's attorney general.
