Do you need my login or any access to my store?
No. The free scan and the Store Report read only your public pages, the same ones any visitor or crawler can open. We never ask for a password to run them.
What does the Store Report check?
Up to 25 product and collection pages from across your catalogue. For each product it looks for the data search engines and AI shopping assistants rely on: name, image, description, price, currency, stock status, identifiers, brand and reviews. It also checks whether crawlers are allowed in, whether your sitemap lists your products, and basic page quality.
Will this get me recommended by ChatGPT or Gemini?
No one can promise that, and we won't. What we can say is that a store whose price, stock and details an AI cannot read is very unlikely to be recommended. The report shows you exactly what is missing so you can fix it.
Why is the Store Report so cheap?
Because it is automated. It is how we show you the quality of our work at a price anyone can try. If you want us to make the fixes, that is a separate fixed-price quote, and there is no pressure.
Which platforms does it work with?
Any store with public product pages. It recognises Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, Wix, Squarespace and PrestaShop and gives platform-specific steps for the most common ones. Marketplace listings on Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho are not scanned by the report; our done-for-you service covers those.
What if my store blocks your scanner?
We check that your store can be reached before you pay. If a firewall or bot-protection setting refuses us, we tell you first and you pay nothing. That setting may also be blocking AI shopping crawlers, which is worth knowing.
What happens to my data?
We keep your email, store address and the report so you can open your link again. We use them only to deliver and support your report. Payments are handled by Razorpay or PayPal, and we never see your card details. See the privacy policy for details.
Can I get a refund?
If we can't deliver your report, you get a full refund. If you believe the report has a material error, email us within 7 days and we will put it right or refund you. The full policy is on the refund page.
